This Ranch Style home situated in the coveted Spring Branch area with large lots and mature trees close to downtown got a full gut and was restored to a modern farmhouse design and a functional and contemporary open floor plan. This project was an entire 2100SF, 3 bdrm, 2 bath home renovation that we took to the studs and completely reconfigured the layout of the main living area and the footprints of both bathrooms by relocating main drain lines for the new layout.  We removed a wall between formals to make it feel as open as today's open floor plan centered around entertaining and spaciousness.  It received all new HVAC systems and duct work, electrical wiring, exterior and attic insulation, new sheetrock & paint, new siding, new windows, new cabinetry, countertops, flooring, new landscaping and new backyard concrete patio.  This project took 4 1/2 months to complete and underwent a massive transformation.
